Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment support, including industry mapping, talent mapping, research, scheduling interviews, booking candidates travel, checking references, processing background checks, processing reimbursements, managing referrals and candidate applications
• Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; maintaining a positive brand image of Company and Clients
• Manage job postings on job boards, candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Ensure that files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures
• Assist with various special projects and duties as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma qualified, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, detail oriented
• Ability in multi-tasking and adjust well to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
