- Maintaining complete knowledge of all menu items and prices of the restaurant
- Serving food and beverage items to guests
- Performing the role of a host or hostess when necessary. E.g., presenting the menu, showing guests to tables
- Performing opening/ closing duties if assigned
Taking food and beverage orders from guests - Up-selling and using suggestive selling methods
- Making sure that work areas are clean always
