Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic experienced Sales Manager to join our team. 

She is responsible for leading & managing a team of sales professionals, aligning sales and marketing efforts,relationships, forecasting sales, conducting market analysis, & providing strategic analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Lead &manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets

- Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive strategy and maximize revenue generation

- Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure profitable deals and partnerships

- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and procedures

- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasting

- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans

- Conduct regular forecasting and sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Provide strategic analytics to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for business growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall business

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability 2motivate &inspire a team- Excellent sales and marketing alignment capabilities, with a strategic mindset

- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals

- Proficient in operations management, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with the ability 2manage customer relationships and sales activities

- Demonstrated ability in forecasting sales and conducting market analysis

- Excellent team management skills, with the ability 2delegate tasks, provide feedback, &drive performance

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability 2provide strategic insights and recommendations
