hoolah is a fast growing company leading the way in the buy now pay later space. It is currently operating in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia with plans to expand further throughout Asia

Due to our rapid growth we are looking for a dedicated Merchant Onboarding Executive to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on support of deploying, training and managing the overall onboarding process of new merchants for the hoolah in-store solutions.

Job Description
  1. Build the instore merchant onboarding best practices and continuously refine over time; including onboarding training, QR code processes etc. 
  2. Deliver a smooth onboarding process by working with sales, integration and account management.
  3. Conduct in-store merchant onboarding training sessions.
  4. Focus on the continuous improvement of merchant onboarding content, guidelines and operational process to further optimize business operations.
  5. Report and identify gaps or opportunities to improve the merchant onboarding process.
  6. Provide weekly reports on merchant onboarding status, pipeline and target go live dates.
  7. Work cross-functionally to support special events and promotion campaigns.
  8. Manage and coordinate our hoolah Brand Ambassador programme.
  9. Support any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

 

Key Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

  3. Passion and enthusiasm for developing and building successful relationships and partnerships.
  4. Ability to demonstrate high performance with minimal supervision.
  5. Outgoing and affable personality with a customer-centric mindset. 
  6. Be open to feedbacks and suggestions.
  7. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  8. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
