Thank you for showing interest in the Growth Marketing Executive position. Holicay is an online itinerary creator that lets users buy and design their own travel packages at group pricing discounts. The platform is a one-stop shop for vacations where users can create itineraries with trip mates, and buy entire trips using AI in minutes. Your role as the Growth Marketing Executive would cover two main responsibilities: 1) Driving potential leads to Holicay through various organic and inorganic channels; 2) Supporting our Go-to-Market strategies operationally. Job Description

Brand strategy and Partnerships

  • Perform a top-down analysis of your proposed marketing strategies to engage target customer groups and outline the company’s marketing goals
  • Define metrics to measure customer engagement and forecast traffic growth
  • Identify, outreach and onboard travel ecosystem partners through online and offline channels (might involve some traveling)

Digital marketing & sales funnel development

  • Create, execute and maintain User acquisition funnels through various online and offline channels you identify
  • Analyze User behaviour, campaign performances and drive lead conversion with systems that you develop with our team
  • Manage the social media platforms for the business through posting of content and the creation of digital content like brand ads and collaterals
  • Develop the concept and brief for digital assets for any online ad campaigns through Facebook and Google ads
  • Copy writing and development of content circulars such as engagement emails to our User base globally

 

What you need

  • Start-up experience is preferred
  • Strong background in marketing and go-to-market (creating, executing and analysing ad performance and campaigns)
  • Experience with integrated marketing across prospect and customer lifecycles such as engagement through email, alternative offline and online funnels
  • Experience with creating and maintaining lead funnels via Google analytics or Facebook Ads Manager
