Temp Talent Sourcing Assistant/Intern (GCE A Level/Diploma holders are welcome!)

What you will do: 

• Support our team of recruiters by providing administrative assistance in the processing of monthly timesheets, updating of candidates’ profiles, drafting/posting job advertisements on various channels, updating of records in the system, etc
• Liaise with shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews by sending out calendar invitations, getting their confirmation for the interviews and preparation sessions, which may include assessments such as technical competency tests, etc
• Source for suitable candidates and match them to the ongoing job openings

What you have:

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels/Diploma in any discipline
• Proficiency in English for oral and written communication

• Ability to work in a team while striving for individual excellence
