Established in 1994, Ho Seng Engineering Works Pte Ltd has over 20 years of experience in providing lift, escalator and moving walkway installation services mainly in Singapore. We have worked in collaboration with our valued clients, some of which are the world's leading suppliers of lift, escalators and moving related services, to provide high standards of quality and workmanship.

Having the right people on board is imperative for our company's success. To us, degrees, or industry-related knowledge is not as important as having the right attitude. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Updating and tracking on employees particulars
• Assist in work pass application, renewal, and liase with relevant parties for prior approval
• Prepare quotations and correspond with top executives to ensure coverage for all administrative needs
• Update and record for maintaining project accounts and monitoring status of projects
• Manage and follow up on site issues with relevant parties
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Seeks opportunity for growth by taking on additional responsibilities
• Able to work independently, is organized and detail oriented
• Takes initiative, is responsible and meticulous
• Able to commit for 3 months

Working Location: 10 Kaki Bukit Road 1 #01-34 KB Industrial Building, Singapore 416175

Working hours: Mon - Fri/ 8.30am - 6.00 pm
