Job Description

Hmlet’s Creative team is looking for an assistant to join their Interior Design team and help with day-to-day admin, including procurement coordination, project paperwork and processing quotations.


You will be working closely with our Project Managers, Procurement Managers and Interior Designers.


 Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Creative Team in Hmlet Singapore (HQ) to during the design, procurement and on site stages of a project
  • Grow relationships with Hmlet’s vendors and schedule meetings, prepare orders and help manage the inbound communication from them
  • Process inbound quotations and invoices and schedule in delivery dates on behalf of Project Managers
  • Assist the Interior Designers and Procurement Manager carry out Tenders.
  • Sourcing specific products as required by designers
  • Coordinate communication with all stakeholders, track and report documentation changes during project execution
  • Any other duties assigned


 Qualifications and Skills:

  • Junior Role, Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
  • Experience with vendor management and payment processes
  • Inventory management skills
  • IT savvy, confident on Excel/sheets and other Microsoft and G suite programmes
  • Highly organised with good communication skills
  • Self-starter who works with low supervision & under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a willing-to-learn attitude and ability to adapt to different situations
