Job Description
- Manage job advertisements and career fair postings across multiple job portals to attract top talent.
- Actively source and engage with candidates in relevant fields, assisting in screening and shortlisting applicants.
- Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Support the onboarding process for new hires ie. KYE, compliance and background checks
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engagement and internal communications activities.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
