Responsibilities 

1. General administrative support to the HR department
2. Data entry & Filing
3. Photocopying and scanning duties
4. Support logistics in all company-related events
5. Organization chart (add photo)
6. Assist with the filing of HR documents (P file)
7. Create new joiner account on workday and exit clearance.
8. Provide support in the recruitment process, such as schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
9. Assist in shortlist candidate and filtering.
10. Working with All hiring manager on JD (standard template)
11. Any other ad-hoc activities

Requirements

1. Good interpersonal and communication skills, having both the ability to work well in a team or independent.
2. Dedicated, meticulous and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting the tasks done.
3. An individual that takes initiative, a self-starter, and is willing to learn.
4. Diploma/ Degree in Business related and preferred local Polytechnic and University.
