Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Unity) Intern who fits into our community, seeking new challenges and experiences in the domain of emerging technologies with great passion to learn in a fast growing company, Hiverlab is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver PC, Android, and/or iOS applications.

  • Handle 2D/3D art assets, including GUI setup, animations, lighting, and shaders.

  • Write polished, optimized, and well-documented code with an emphasis on reusability across multiple projects.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

  • Research on existing tools to assist in project development.

Internship Period: May 2024 - Aug 2024

Start date: May 2024

Duration: Minimum 3 Months, Preferably 6 Months

Minimum education level: University (Preferably Last Year)

About You:

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Unity Editor and proficiency in C# programming.

  • Strong skills in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Proficient in Git, GitHub, and Visual Studio.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

  • Previous experiences developing apps for AR/VR is highly favorable.

  • Basic knowledge of working with databases and APIs.

  • Game design experience (double bonus for multiplayer game design).
