WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate effectively across all business units (Operations, Marketing, Sales)
• Test strategies in the user journey to heighten the user experience
• Drive content management, specifically across social media platforms
• Craft effective marketing strategies for social media growth and community 

engagement 

• Collect and analyze user feedback as insights to the product and marketing 

team

WHAT YOU NEED

• A self-starter who is highly motivated and an effective communicator
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Interest in Finance Technology and good knowledge of all major social media 

platforms and digital marketing tools

• A flair for creating fun and engaging content
• Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills

DEVELOPER INTERN

PRIMARY ROLE

Our ideal candidate is well versed in the full stack and mobile applications (hybrid). You will adopt Agile principles and build scalable clean code to deliver the Minimum Viable Product. You thrive on time-boxed sprints and close collaboration with team members. You understand general retail banking processes and technology and are willing to break through their limitations. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Self-organize with all stakeholders to understand the product
• Contribute to discussions to engineer the business requirements into code
• Develop for a scalable and easily maintained hybrid application
• Conceptualize detailed workflows and prioritize work items for development
• Understand and integrate the user experience into the product

WHAT YOU NEED 

• Python on Django

UI/UX DESIGN INTERN

PRIMARY ROLE

Our ideal candidate is a master-in-progress in understanding consumer behaviour. You will propose and test different strategies to better capture the hearts of our audience. As part of the development team, you will be charged with owning your UI/UX designs and seeing them from start to finish. You are known among your peers as the person who designs thoughtfully and meaningfully, and you are ready to apply that skill in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead research projects to better understand the changing needs of users 
• Study and model the various consumer archetypes and behavioural patterns
• Drive tests and use meaningful metrics for user feedback
• Collaborate closely with the development team to materialize new UX features
• Perpetuate design thinking principles throughout the team

WHAT YOU NEED

• Photoshop skills
• HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
• Experience in digital marketing
• Using continuous flow of data feedback, you test, re-test and test again
• You look, listen and feel your peers and users as feedback on each test
• You cannot wait to dive into FinTech and challenge even the best UX ideas
