We were the people behind DUCK & HiPPO!
Paying homage to our origins, we have named our new venture: HiPPOProp. Since divesting our tourism business in Q4 2018, our passion for conservation shophouses has led us to invest in and manage a portfolio of pre-war shophouses. This journey has immersed us in all property personas: buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant, inspiring the birth of HiPPOProp.
We aim to provide a transparent, fuss-free, and well-informed space for all to buy and sell. As industry outsiders, we offer a fresh path for buyers, sellers, and agents alike.

HiPPO Prop
www.hippoprop.comPros: Good colleagues, Nothing else that i could think of.
Cons: For those seeking a workplace conducive to professional growth and integrity, I advise against considering Hippo Prop. Formerly known as Duck and Hippo Tour, this company appears to have retained negative aspects from its predecessor without any redeeming qualities. The management at Hippo Prop presents challenges for employees. While they express a desire for expertise, they tend to favor conformity over constructive dialogue, dismissing differing viewpoints and ideas. This closed-mindedness can stifle creativity and innovation within the team. Employee treatment leaves much to be desired. Instances of managerial hypocrisy are not uncommon, with blame often wrongly assigned. Furthermore, terminations lack professionalism, occurring suddenly and without prior warning, leaving employees feeling unsupported and uncertain about their future. In conclusion, I recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere. Hippo Prop's organizational culture and leadership appear ill-equipped to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
