Their wine dispensers are designed to keep wine fresh for up to 14 days after opening by using patented oxygen absorption technology to filter out oxygen in the bottle. The dispensers also store and preserve wine at an ideal serving temperature, and can be paired with an app to control temperature settings and receive updates on wine life.

Job Description

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our store in Takashimaya Singapore - a key figure in the overall offline brand experience.
You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

As a Retail Promoter, you'll be the face of our brand, connecting with customers, showcasing our premium products, and creating memorable shopping experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love interacting with people, and have a knack for driving sales, this is the role for you.

  • Explain & demonstrate functions and qualities of our products to customers
  • Introduce about the brand to new customers
  • Maintain neat product display & clean counter area
  • Perform stocktake when necessary
  • Record incoming, outgoing stock & daily sales
  • Transfer of stock to other locations when needed
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Other admin matters as requested by the company

Roles & Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
Ensuring excellent in-store customer service and experience
Achieving or exceeding the brand's sales and customer growth targets
Planning and executing all in-store activities required by the company.
Building strong in-store loyalty with customers, and assisting with analysis of trends, customer insights and demographics to increase brand loyalty
Assisting in reporting on product and overall sales performance

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
Able to converse fluently in English
Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
