Job Description

About the roleWork with our team to build features for mobile games in Unity. You’ll implement UI/gameplay modules, fix bugs, profile performance, and support build/submission workflows—always with code reviews, clear SOPs, and mentorship from senior engineers.

What you’ll do

  • Feature implementation: Build and iterate on UI, gameplay logic, and client-side systems in Unity (C#) based on design specs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with server engineers, designers, and PMs to clarify requirements and integrate client–server flows.
  • Quality & performance: Write clean, testable code; assist with profiling, optimization, and memory/asset budget discipline on mobile.
  • Tools & pipelines: Help maintain asset structures, prefabs, asset bundle, and simple automation scripts (e.g., build / report scripts).
  • Stability: Reproduce and fix bugs, write checklists, and support test builds (TestFlight / Android internal testing).
  • Docs: Keep technical notes, change logs, and module readme files up to date.

What you bring (Must-haves):

  • Pursuing a CS/SE/EE or related degree; available ≥3 months, 4–5 days/week.
  • Solid C# and Unity fundamentals (scenes/prefabs, events, coroutines, UI systems).
  • Understanding of OOP, data structures, basic algorithms, basic game math (vectors, transforms, etc.).
  • Basic familiarity with Git and issue tracking (e.g., Jira).
  • Ownership mindset: careful, organized, communicative, and eager to learn fast.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to client–server flows (Socket / WebSocket / Http), JSON/protobuf handling.
