Herlifts International – Sales Admin Intern

HerLifts International owns an all-female gym (HerLifts Active Room) in Central Singapore. Our mission is to build a community of strong, empowered women through strength training. Our goal is to reach out to modern women who would like to take their fitness journey to the next level.

This position will work on:

• Organize and schedule appointments
• Provide customer support to client with regards to their orders & enquiries offline and online
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Handle administrative duties
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

You have:

• An action taker mindset, able to execute task given and act proactively
• A curious, efficient and solution-oriented mindset
• A creative, positive spirit along with a passion for personal development
• Possess digital marketing knowledge (Instagram Facebook, YouTube)
• Experience in sponsored partnerships is a plus

This position is not for you if:

• You don't like marketing or sales
• You don't like communicating with people
• You can't working independently

Requirements:

• Candidate to possess at least Diploma / A level
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Powerpoint & Word. 
• Good Communication & Soft skills
• Proficient in written & spoken English
• Adobe Photoshop skills is a plus
• Open to Singaporean/PR only
