Job Description

HerLifts is looking for a full time/part time digital marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires someone with experience in digital marketing. Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We do not expect you to know everything, so come with an open mind and willingness to learn.

As our Digital Marketer, you should also have an interest in the fitness industry, and ideally, be a strength-training enthusiast.

Job Description

  • Digital marketers will work with the team/supporting teams to launch campaigns on time.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and planning digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • HubSpot Knowledge is a Plus
