Job Description

II. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 Day to Day support and Maintenance of SFS systems.

  1. Daily monitoring on SFS – System performance, Wi-Fi performance, PC, Touch screen, System integration modules. – coordinating issues working with Local IT
  2. Day to day support – Process Clarifications, Masterdata updates, Manual Adjustment on SAP or SFS to resolve transactional or inventory issues.
  3. Identify issue category and escalate to right support team – Unisys, Aureole, Henkel.
  4. Daily KPI – Review daily KPI and identify and report anomalies – Drive Daily KPI meetings
  5. Join Shop Floor Audits with Lean/ SHE and Quality teams and report key actions
  6. Support site tours – Process explanation to Customers, Vendors or Henkel visitors
  7. SFS User Training
    1. Support Shop floor operators on SFS usage and provide on Job training.
    2. Prepare Monthly training schedule and conduct training to users
    3. Additional training for New Onboard resources
    4. Review and Enhance training documentation as required.
    5. Submit monthly report on Issues to Regional team
  8. System Roll out ( Site/Regional )
    1. Drive SFS roll out to all areas within the site and ensuring standardized executional process with in site.
    2. Identify and document Gaps – Communicate with regional team for SFS enhancement demands.
    3. Support regional deployment team with SFS roll out for other regional sites as an expert group.
  9. Works closely with Lean Enterprise and Manufacturing Engineering team for
    1. Identifying process improvement opportunities.
    2. Support PLC/ Machine integration with SFS
  10. Develops and implements methods to recommend better usage of SFS system by users
    Making system more user friendly and simplifying processes
  11. Presents Change requests to regional change control team and SFS Governance team.
  12. Monitors Hardware status, repair requirements and coordinate with vendors for Replacement or additional purchases.
  13. Assists BPO Operations and regional controlling team in preparation of departmental expense and capital budgets. Monitors spending against these budgets. Takes corrective action as required.

    1. Establishes and maintains procedures and work instructions for his/her departments to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.

    BPO- Operations, Lean Enterprise, ME, SHE, Quality, Site Operations
    IV. POSITIONS SUPERVISED
    A. Administrator to SFS – Process override functionalities to adjust system statuses
    B. Report site KPI to regional management team
    C. To authorize replacement or repair of SFS related hardware in alignment with site
    Management team.
    VI STI/PPA – Target tracking

    1. SFS Application Health check -> Site User Feedback Audit results ( Audit performed by regional team )
    2. Reported Critical Issues and resolution time -> List from Issue tracker
    3. Process enhancement identified and reported à List provided to Regional BPO team
    4. Improvement in Lean ratings
    5. Customer Audit rating improvements
    6. Quality Team / SHE rating improvements
