Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Revenue Operations Intern to join our Growth Team. If you are an ambitious individual who is looking to build a career in revenue operations, we want you! As a Revenue Operations Intern, you will be supporting the Growth Team in our strategic initiatives to scale business verticals. This role will also give you the opportunity to work cross-functionally and learn about stakeholder management.

Your role as a Revenue Operations Intern:

Updating reports and analytical processes

Create and optimise Standard Operating Procedures

Create performance tracking reports for an overview of defects

Support tasks related to customer success and provider success

Analyse performance data to minimise defects 

Other relevant ad hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

Applied understanding of operational concepts

Strong organisational skills

Undergraduates welcome, specialisation in operations preferred

Creative problem-solving skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
