Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will embark on an exciting journey to gain invaluable experience and make a meaningful impact across various HR functions within our dynamic organization. You will actively support the HR team in their daily operations, playing a crucial role in implementing innovative HR programs and initiatives. This immersive internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of diverse HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documents, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Contribute to employee relations initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee communications.
  • Assist with HR policy and procedure updates and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvement and efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and contribute innovative ideas to enhance HR processes.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and develop HR skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter attitude with a keenness to contribute structure and innovative ideas to the HR team.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to take initiative and multi-task.
