Job Description

Finance Executive (Part-time)


We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Executive to become a valuable addition to our team. In this role, you will take charge of diverse financial tasks on a part-time basis, contributing to the financial success of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts to ensure timely month-end closing.
  • Independently handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), while supervising receivables, payables, and stock control.
  • Report and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform tax computations for annual submission purposes.
  • Enforce and implement financial procedures and policies.
  • Take charge of accounts by contracts, performing tasks such as AR, AP, accruals and General Ledger maintenance.
  • Participate in monthly closing reports, including Revenue reports and AR Ageing reports, and assist in Internal and External Audits.
  • Process ad-hoc miscellaneous payments, including staff expenses reimbursement claims, temporary staff salaries, and resigned staff salary payments.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with GST regulations and tax computations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to enforce and implement financial procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
