Helpling Singapore – Operations Intern

Helpling is the #1 online marketplace for home services outside of the US. It has raised € 87M from key investors such as Rocket Internet, Mangrove Capital, Lakestar, Unilever and Accel Partners. It currently operates in 10 strategic markets: Australia, Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, UK, UAE, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Singapore.

As our Operations Trainee, you will tackle the challenges of scaling up our business and assist in the strategic planning of its expansion. You will gain an inside perspective on internet ventures and build up deep functional expertise.

1. You will be attached to the Operations team and will be expected to provide assistance with daily operational activities 
2. You will be involved in the strategizing and execution of our Local Recruitment project
3. You will be task with optimising processes and systems of the Operations team
