Job Description

Helicap is looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to assist in its day-to-day operations. This candidate will report directly to the CEO and Office Manager of Helicap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management on various projects and assignments.
  • Confer with the finance department to assist in making payments, processing incoming invoices, and verifying receipts.
  • Organize and manage a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provide administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.
  • Organise staff and office events.
  • Manage office administration, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
  • Handle all travel and claims management (e.g., meal/flight/hotel booking).
  • Assist with all general and phone inquiries and attend to office matters.
  • Any other administrative responsibilities as required.

Skill Sets and Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Entry-level candidates and fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 1-year working experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, organized, multi-tasking and meticulous.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Ability to take the initiative to complete the task assigned.
