Role Purpose
This Project Data internship offers a 360-degree view of a Cloud ERP transformation. You will support the project team in one or more of the implementation lifecycle data preparation and cleansing or user testing (UAT) and system Go-Live preparations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Preparation & Cleansing
- Extraction & Support: Assist in gathering raw data from legacy ERPs and organizing the project repository.
- Data Scrubbing: Support in cleansing, standardizing, and mapping data into the new system templates.
- Validation: Perform "Before vs. After" checks to ensure data integrity during data migration cycles.
System Testing & Go-Live Support
- User Support: Assist the team during the testing phase
- Documentation: Help in UAT and update test results and track resolutions
- Go-Live Support: Provide assistance on system go-live to help with final data checks and preparation tasks.
Selection Criteria
- Education: Undergraduates or Fresh Graduates in Accountancy, Finance/Business, or Business IT.
- Technical Skills:
- Competent in MS Excel: Ability to use basic formulas and a desire to learn data-handling techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast learner of new software interfaces (Workday, SAP, etc.).
- SQL & Database Knowledge is a plus
- Candidate Profile:
- Undergraduates/Fresh Grads: Looking for a resume-building experience in a cloud ERP transformation project.
- Mid-Career Executives: Looking for a practical entry point into Digital Transformation.
- Attributes: A "can-do" attitude, high resilience during busy testing periods, and strong documentation skills, and sharp attention to details.
