Design Intern
We are looking for a highly energetic design intern to join the Hcook team. This person will be supporting our PR/ Marketing team in designing marketing collaterals for print, web and social media. This person will also be capturing inspiring user stories in videos to share with the world.
A Hcook internship is unlike any other. Our interns are quick on their feet, resourceful, adaptable and learn a heck of a lot in a short amount of time. If you're looking to make an impact and get your hands dirty with a myriad of opportunities, this is the adventure for you.
What you'll get to do during your internship
- Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include logos, EDM, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing collaterals as needed.
- Onsite filming and post editing of videos
- Liaison with external vendors, when required
Requirements
- A Hcook user and/or familiar with using the Hcook app and its features
- Passionate about the world of online buying and selling.
- A love for technology and curious about the latest innovations in mobile applications.
- Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced and often unpredictable working environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and able to use Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator/ Indesign is preferred.
- Knowledge in video and audio editing software
- Knowledge in operating a camera.
- Knowledge or passion in food photography is a plus!
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in a second language would be bonus!
