Qualifications / Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other related field
- Experience in IT project management and leading helpdesk support
- Technical skills: Active directory, network, security, Windows servers
- Knowledge of JAMF and SCCM
- Good knowledge in networking, vSphere
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- EXCEPTIONAL organized mind to prioritize tasks
