Havaianas Singapore – Retail Assistant

Havaianas were created in Brazil in 1962 and inspired by the Japanese Zori sandal; a sandal with cloth straps and woven rice straw soles. Havaianas replaced the straw with premium Brazilian rubber, updated the design to look fashionable, and the rest is history!

Part Time Retail Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create memorable shopping experiences by understanding your customers and delivering the highest quality of service
• Knowing our brand inside out, and being able to share with customers to make sales
• Manage the cashiering function to process payments
• General store operations – including visual merchandising and managing inventory, stocktake and general housekeeping

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be able to work retail hours – this includes morning, afternoon and weekend shifts on a weekly basis
• Strong communication skills are a must – along with a passion for customer service and the ability to build relationships with others at different levels
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not mandatory – we’re looking for positive energy, a can-do attitude and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work proactively
• Commitment of minimum 20 hours a week with weekend included
