Job Description
  • Manage job posting and candidates sourcing
  • Work passes application / Renewal for work passes
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date employees records
  • Workers payroll processing
  • Maintain and timely renew workers insurances (FWMI & WICA), security bond
  • Handling company vehicles related matters (season parking, petrol usage & etc)
  • Manage office administration matters
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards
  • Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements 
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma in any field
  • At least one year relater working experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR preferably in Construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
