We’re hiring a Fix Pack Analyst (Intern) to support delivery. You’ll help map real business processes, spot inefficiencies, and compile reports that directly improve how teams work. Everything is guided by templates and checklists — no guesswork.
Fix Pack Analyst (Process Mapping & Delivery – Remote, Project-based)
Key Responsibilities
Map out client workflows using Lucidchart / Google Slides
Use a checklist to spot common bottlenecks
Draft simple action roadmaps (we’ll show you how)
Prepare PDF reports and upload data into a dashboard
Work with the founder and operations lead to deliver each Fix Pack
What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented, structured thinker
Comfortable with tools like Google Slides, Sheets, Notion, or Miro
Interested in business systems, operations, or process improvement
Bonus: background in business, analytics, or consulting
No coding required. You’ll be trained and guided step by step.
Allowance / Remuneration
S$150 per Fix Pack completed (3–5 hours per sprint). Paid per project.

Option to extend based on performance and client demand after BSA 2025
