Content Creator & Designer (Contract)

Reporting to the Marketing Lead & Country Manager, the Content Creator & Designer will join our marketing team and play a crucial role in driving business results through impactful designs and images. The perfect candidate would have the ability to think strategically & creatively, have a good eye for design & photography, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Marketing Lead & Country Manager in driving business results through effective & aggressive marketing plan for 2021
• Take charge of conceptualising, styling, creating (including photography), and editing visuals
• Produce digital collaterals for our website, email marketing & social media
• Design print collaterals for product packaging whenever necessary
• Proactively participate in marketing decisions, including market research, planning, content ideation, prioritisation, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns
• Assist with other assignments when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good photography skills (Basic photography knowledge is sufficient)
• Copywriting skills are a plus
• Ability to translate business inputs to impactful & appealing design works
• A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus, discipline, and continuous learning
• A love for flowers, gifting, and making people happy!
• Comfortable working independently, and as part of a (very small!) team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

CONTRACT PERIOD

This is a 6 month contract position, with the potential to convert to a Full-Time position depending on performance and availability. Preferably the candidate can start immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
