HANOK Korean Language School – Program Coordinator

능력자 Training

We are looking for one human assistant for our 능력자 Course Coordinator / Social Media Manager / Curriculum Head Assistant / occasional printer mechanic. 

This is a 6-month part-time contract position, with possibility of extension. 

If you have no work experience, you’d better have a whole lot of tenacity and meet most of the criteria below.

You should be: 

* able to commit at least 4 days a week, including one weekend. Weekday: 4PM to 10PM and Saturdays and Sundays 9:30AM to 4:30PM.

* capable of typing in Korean and know the difference between “학생이었어요”  and "학생이 있었어요"

* at least a “O” level certificate holder who is 讨喜 and not 讨人厌。

* willing to join our community of humans who have mostly good things to say about HANOK. 

You are expected to do a few of the following:

* either working at Jurong East or Tanjong Pagar 

* know that BTS does not only mean the Bangkok Skytrain.

* able to work your two hands like you have ten, use your brain, do calculations, string proper English sentences, talk to people, find missing items and listen to Kpop all at the same time.

* capable of using a Mac, record videos and edit them into cool educational ones.

* aware of the sorting and filtering functions of MS Excel.

* a team player who is authentic, has good work ethics, responsible, meticulous, take initiative and be a listening ear to the gripes of colleagues, teachers, students and principal.
