Assist the R&D director to make innovative and new product development.
Work with other Food technologists and engineers to improve current products profile and range.
Meeting customers to understand the customers' needs and requirements.
Travel within China to understand new products and trends.
Work with the R&D team to make sure that the laboratory is well run and co-ordinated.
Meet up with sales managers to develop or match products that are selling in the market.
