Job Description
Handdi.io is looking for a Digital Sales Support intern with potential for a full-time conversion. This is a dual role focused on sales and customer support. If you're outgoing, a good listener and self motivated, we'd love to work with you!
Job Scope
- Manage and assist in converting leads in our pipeline
- Sharing new promotions and packages with new and existing clients
- Troubleshooting customer's inquiries
- Educating new and existing clients on particular services
Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma or above
- Past experience in Sales and Marketing
- Speaks fluent English
- Experience with CRM systems
Advantageous
- Education based on Business Management, Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong Mother Tongue Proficiency
- Strong experience in sales and deep understanding of sales funnel and processes
- Several past experiences in B2B or B2C Sales
- Familiarity with the home services market
