We're growing fast and on the lookout for a HR Intern. This role will need you to ensure that our people and processes are aligned with the overall business goals.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain HR policies and initiatives aligned with the overall Company's vision
- Manage the recruitment and selection process by finding talent across our office locations and scheduling their interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Manage employee onboarding and exits as per Company policies
- Create feedback processes and SOPs for critical HR processes and ensure accurate data is captured
- Establish and maintain department records, inventory and employee directory
- Improve employee engagement experience by helping organize activities
- Assist with recruitment events and HR ops acitvities
- Nurture a positive working environment
