Job Description
- This is a critical hands-on role and will work closely with most functions within the company.
- Work in a lean and strong team to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention using various forms of offline and online channels.
- Learn the business: Develop a deep understanding of HackerTrail’s business, customer segments, community, and revenue channels we cater to. Learn about how search, CRM, social and content work towards helping us build a better business.
- Search: We will introduce you to our current approach, and you will assist with iterating / improving our approach towards a better search strategy as well as ground level execution. You will assist us with research and analysis of SEO keywords for existing and new blog articles.
- CRM: Learn about our client and candidate segments, and helps us develop a strategy on level of engagement for each segment of users.
- Social: Maintain our content calendar for various channels we use to generate and retain interest.
- Content: You will be involved in helping us create short and mid form content for various segments of users. This will be a combination of text and visually rich content.
