Working with some of the world’s leading brands and Asia’s top employers, HackerTrail attracts sign-ups from more than 20,000 technologists each month from all over the world; it then provides gamified technical assessments, training, captures work and cultural preferences, to help those people find their dream job. HackerTrail intends to become the go-to resource for anyone looking for a career in tech, and for any organization making technical hires.
We are open to internships either on a full time or part time basis.
Role Responsibilities:
This is a critical hands-on role and will work closely with most functions within the company.
Work in a lean and strong team to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention using various forms of offline and online channels.
Learn the business: Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, HackerTrail’s business, customer segments, community, and revenue channels we cater to.
Learn about our audience: Learn about the personas of the people we serve from a B2B and a B2C standpoint.
Community management: Actively engage, grow and manage our online community of techies spread across the region. would mean daily engagement with techies and our existing / prospective clients and partners.
Campaign management: Design campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop and ensure visually rich content is presented consistently.
Content generation: You will be involved in creating different types of content for various segments of users
Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and IT training organizations to increase adoption of HackerTrail.
Influencer Marketing: Reach out to voices of the tech industry and provide them an ecosystem to encourage them to be a part of the HackerTrail community.
