Using advance Japanese lactobacillus technology and manufacturing processes, BoBo made it possible to make low salt, no MSG (monosodium glutamate) yet great tasting fishballs and fishcakes. BoBo has also extended its product line into chicken  sausages and chicken hams to cater to different taste preferences of consumers. 

Job Description

As part of our growth, we are embarking on a transformational journey to migrate our current HR system to SAP, digitalize HR processes, and consolidate HR SOPs & policies.

 

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to play a crucial role in the migration of our HR system to SAP, digitalization of HR processes, and consolidation of HR SOPs & policies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and evolving environment within the HR function of a leading food manufacturing company.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. HR System Migration to SAP:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of the migration process.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition to the SAP platform.
    • Troubleshoot and provide support during the migration phase.
  2. HR Digitalization:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital HR solutions.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline HR processes through automation.
    • Provide user support and training on new digital tools.
  3. HR SOP & Policies Consolidation:

    • Review existing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to consolidate and update documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
