GTCL Pte Ltd – Nutritionist / Dietitian Intern

We are looking to welcome a passionate Nutritionist / Dietitian intern to join our team to create a unique range of Asian-centric recipes.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and develop meal plans based on different criteria

· Research on ingredients and recipes beneficial for targeted nutrition goals

· Coordinate and manage upload of information on online platform

· Test to ensure accuracy of meal plans based on criterias

· Undertake any other duties that the company may deem necessary to your role as a Nutritionist/ Dietitian Intern

Learning Outcomes:

1. Learn what to consider when developing meal plans that cater to different targeted nutrition goals

2. Discover ingredients and recipes that support a specific health goal

3. Learn how to use an online platform to create meal plans

4. Practice consulting pilot clients

Requirements:

· Currently studying for a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related discipline in a Singapore institute of higher learning.

· Familiar with Chinese diets

· Preferably 1 year’s relevant experience in health-related fields or have developed recipes and meal plans

· Has an interest in food and the culinary arts

· Able to communicate well with pilot clients

· Ability to read and write proficiently in both English and Mandarin

· Proficient in Microsoft Office &/or Google applications.

· Takes ownership, proactive and is an independent thinker.

· Team player and communicator: seeks to consistently add value, improve strategies and deliver feedback and support.

As a small business, you will be exposed across other aspects of the business to gain on the job, real world experience. While the internship is short due to the duration of the term break, there will be an opportunity to extend or revisit another internship in the future term break.
