Requirements and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of electronic products and the do and don'ts.
Basic knowledge on Google App usage (Doc, Slides, etc)
Able to multitask between repair and managing service tickets (good time management)
Good eyesight and able to handle small things.
Ability to diagnose damaged products.
Basic customer service
ITE Certification on engineering that covers one or more of these: electrical, electronics, mechanical
