The Project Management Intern at GRVTY Media plays a pivotal role in being the bridge between the Client and the internal team. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of existing client accounts from initial brief right up to production. The role reports to the Client Servicing department.
Responsibilities
Assist the account lead in the management of clients’ projects
Effectively communicate deliverables to internal teams.
Explain client's business requirements to the team members and provide guidance in terms of expectations and timeline
Collaborate with the broader creative disciplines for integrated campaigns
Work closely with the Planning team on campaign strategy and execution of digital campaigns, including developing campaign reports
Requirements
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months. Extension available.
Proactive and keen learner
Favors creative thinking and exploring beyond the OB markers
Meticulous and efficient in research with a keen eye for the obscure details
Able to pick up fluency in the use of digital and social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Tiktok), including any policy changes
Adaptable in a fast paced environment
On-the-job training will be provided.
