Position: Intern, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Commitment Duration: 6 months

Workplace Location: Senoko Drive, Singapore

Salary: S$1000/month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shadow & support warehouse in the area of logistics management.

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.

• Assist in the planning of efficient storage within both cold & dry store

• Understand and demonstrate the theoretical knowledge in the area and practise FIFO.

• Support customer requirements, supply chain systems, administrative tasks and tracking orders to ensure prompt deliveries.

• Prepare logistics report, checking the reports made by others, coordinate with other departments.

• Coordinate with drivers and workers, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Assist in picking, packing of goods and checking accuracy of goods during loading.

• Inventory reconciliation.

• Assist in stock forecast and procurement.

• Support reporting activities (e.g., forecast consolidation, data submission, slide preparation for supply chain meetings).

• Be operationally ready to organize and assist on various supply chain matters like order and freight follow up.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent trade certificate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English for both oral and written

Has a cheerful personality and a good team player

Possess organisational and problem-solving skill.

IT savvy

Proficient in MS Office

Can Do Attitude
