Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source for candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques
- Represent the company to act as point of contact with the candidates
- Address candidates' queries regarding the company or job openings
- Monitor and improve recruitment process with reference to industry best practices
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Min A levels or diploma in any discipline
- Independent learner who is able to work under minimal supervision
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Not afraid of challenges and willing to step out of comfort zone
