- Job Description
- Responsibilities:- Source for candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques- Represent the company to act as point of contact with the candidates- Address candidates' queries regarding the company or job openings- Monitor and improve recruitment process with reference to industry best practices- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees- Other duties as requiredRequirements:- Min A levels or diploma in any discipline- Independent learner who is able to work under minimal supervision- Meticulous with an eye for details- Not afraid of challenges and willing to step out of comfort zoneNOTE: This will be a WFH position and the candidate will not be expected to report to office.
