Job Description

We are seeking an intern for our Human Resource team—a passionate person with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and an outgoing and collaborative personality. Versatile, able to work independently and a team player. The incumbent will be tasked with a diverse set of activities.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support on recruitment activities - this includes sourcing, screening, assessing candidates' suitability, interview coordination with hiring managers and follow-ups
  • Responsible for collating, reviewing, and reconciliation of HR reports/ data in keeping with timelines, standards, and procedures
  • Assist with the consolidation of monthly payroll reports for month-end reconciliation
  • Training coordination - support to facilitate training activities, involved in design and development of training program with designated training vendor
  • Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements, and documentation
  • Maintain and keep track of the new and existing employees’ personal files
  • Participate in HR improvement projects
  • Organize company events/ engagement activities
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Required skills:

  • Diploma holder / Undergraduate who is interested in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms)
  • Must be adept at problem-solving; able to work well independently and in a team
  • Able to start immediately and commit a minimum of 6 months (preferably longer term)
  • Diploma/University undergraduates or graduates who study Human Resources, Business, or equivalent are welcome to apply
