About Us

“It all started with one fish”, as founder David Lee says. Particularly a barramundi in his Honda Civic about 20 or so years ago.

Starting as a seafood wholesaler, Mr Lee drove from client to client in search of buyers. After many barramundis and even more car fresheners, Greenwood Fish Market began in 2003.

Now a family-run seafood restaurant and fish market, we specialise in cold water seafood with a range that’s a tad different from the local scene, mostly with a supply chain built on from friends-turned-suppliers.

If you're passionate about good seafood, good drinks and good jokes, we hope to see you reel soon. We’re a crazy bunch of fishermen – nothing excites us more than sharing our love for the sea.

Kitchen Helper [Flexible Packages]


What we can offer

  • [PACKAGE A] 1 Weekend + 4 Weekdays (6h/day) Salary: S$1600 to S$1700 commensurate based on experience
  • [PACKAGE B] 2 Weekends + 2 Weekdays (8h/day) Salary: S$1800 to S$1900 commensurate based on experience
  • [PACKAGE C] 5 Weekdays (6h/day) Salary: S$1500 to S$1600 commensurate based on experience
  • [PACKAGE D] 2 Weekends + 1 Weekday (8h/day) Salary: S$1450 to S$1550 commensurate based on experience
  • [PACKAGE E] 2 Weekends + 3 Weekdays (6h/day) Salary: S$1650 to S$1750 commensurate based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes within the speciality section
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Assisting with the management of health, safety and food hygiene practices
  • Monitoring portion and waste control

Qualifications

  • Singaporeans and PRs only
  • Has at least 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
  • Team player with good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
