The Management Trainee (Corporate Services) programme is designed to groom future corporate professionals with a strong focus on finance and accounting functions. Through structured rotations over an 18-month period, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to financial accounting, procurement, budgeting, compliance, and digitalisation initiatives. This programme provides a solid foundation in financial operations and corporate governance, preparing trainees for permanent roles within the organisation upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and finance activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance and audit-related materials.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the streamlining and digitalisation of workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support corporate services operations and organisational objectives.
  • Contribute to cost optimisation reviews, digitalisation projects, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental attachments and rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of corporate functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Internship or project experience in procurement, finance, or corporate services will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
