Job Description
-Manage daily email
-Assist in paper work, invoice processing filling (eg: key in and upload invoices to system)
-Updating and ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
-Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
-Communication with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
-Assist in controlling credit and chasing debt
-Bank reconciliation
