The Talent Hunter

1) will assist with a wide range of recruitment projects related to recruitment of financial advisors, on-boarding/orientation, call to select and arrange qualified candidates for interview, profiling test and co-ordinate financial advisory programs. This job is designed to be practical.

2) is also required to support / follow-up / interact with candidates to become qualified financial advisors and so good communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite for the job. This job will expose the Talent Hunter knowledge to the financial service sector. 

The major skills and competencies that the Talent Hunter preferred to have are:

Excellent communication and information technology skills especially writing professional scripts and engaging qualified candidates through digital marketing and social media etc.

Confidence and Presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Strictly Singaporeans/Singaporean PRs only.

• Minimum age of 21 years old with years of experience in talent hunting.
