The Recruitment Admin
1) will assist with a wide range of projects related to recruitment, on-boarding/orientation, call to select and arrange candidates for interview, profiling test and co-ordinate financial advisors programs. This job is designed to be practical.
2) is also required to interact with clients for claims, customer related service and so good communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisitement for the job. This job will expose the intern knowledge to the financial service sector.
The major skills and competencies that the employee is preferred to have are:
Excellent communication and information technology skills
Confidence and Presentation skills.
