We are looking to hire a purely Administrative Office Role, duties include but not limited to:-
- Handling the administration for the Management
- Handling Social Media Platforms
- Assist in the organisation and planning of ad-hoc events
- Develop and streamline client and recruitment management systems
*no need for cold calls, no need for surveying, no need for taking of any insurance papers*
Working Hours as follows:-
Tuesday: 1pm - 6pm
Wednesday: 1pm - 6pm
Friday: 1pm - 6pm
Open to discussions for slight adjustments
Basic Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
